Hanging Up old Habits

According to Einstein, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. This can hold true not only to scientific experiments, but also our everyday hang ups which may include what we eat, our mood, our outlook on life, reaching our goals, the pressure we put on ourselves, or how we are working to resolve chronic pain or tension.
I was asked how I can stay so calm when people around me can cause others so much frustration. I meditated on this question and the answer came to me. I ask myself, “How would getting upset benefit me, the other person, or society as whole?” The answer to that question is very simple. So that is my moto for 2015. Whenever I think about eating something that I really don’t need to, I will ask myself this question. When I think about pushing myself too far with work around the house, business things, or exercising, I will ask myself this question. This year, i will hang up my old habits that are not serving me well. I let go. Join Sunshine Therapeutics in our quest to make this world a better place by being better people ourselves.
