How to paddle faster more easily

So when this ergonomic mommy goes flat water paddling in her whitewater boat while her husband is in a fast flat water boat, how do I keep up with him? I ride in the wake behind his boat. On a bike this is called drafting because the person in front is blocking the wind for the people in the back. That makes it so much easier to keep up with the person in the lead. Now you know why geese fly in a V formation. It’s a lot easier for the geese in the back to keep up when they aren’t fighting the wind.

The bottom line is this: there’s a lot of work to do as a parent. Conserving energy is important. Work smart, not hard and for goodness sake take help when it is available.
