I have found that despite my passion to always be of help to other people, sometimes the best thing to do is say nothing, but just be present. Sometimes people need to just figure things out on their own. If they don’t, they will seek you and then the timing is right for you to voice your opinion and provide them with guidance. So don’t get frustrated if you feel like you are not being heard or your opinion doesn’t matter. Timing is everything.
